Requirements

What you’ll need

6+ years of experience shipping production systems
Experience with Node/TypeScript, React, React Native, GraphQL, and Postgres
Track record of leading senior ICs
Ability to dive into unfamiliar systems and trace performance regression
Experience with large-scale codebase migrations
Strong decision-making and project management skills
Tailor management strategies to individual engineers
Experience with APM tools, GitHub Actions, E2E testing frameworks, mobile build toolchains, large-scale TypeScript + GraphQL stacks, or FinTech/consumer apps
