About the role
- Manage the full life-cycle recruitment process for Engineering and Data teams, from intaking new roles to ultimately filling positions
- Create and maintain strong relationships with hiring leaders across Engineering and Data departments to understand business needs, advise on hiring strategies, and align recruiting efforts towards organizational goals
- Advise and guide hiring leaders on industry best practices
- Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our recruiting strategies and work to continuously improve our hiring efficiency
- Collect, analyze, and interpret recruiting and people data to identify trends, track funnel metrics, and surface insights that inform decisions
- Translate data into digestible visualizations, reports, and dashboards (primarily using Excel) for leadership and stakeholder consumption
- Partner with the broader People team to create employer brand strategies, execute on employee engagement efforts, and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for all Rocket Money new hires
Requirements
- You have 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience (in-house preferred!)
- You have a history of identifying, engaging, interviewing, and closing technical talent for a high-growth company
- You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable working with recruiting and people data to uncover insights, spot trends, and drive decisions
- You are proficient in Excel (pivot tables, charts, formulas, dashboards) and can translate data into digestible insights
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills which allow you to establish strong relationships with candidates and hiring leaders
- You understand the importance of delivering an exceptional candidate experience for each and every candidate
- You’re open to trying new and unique recruiting approaches, including data-driven experimentation.
- Experience with BI or visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Google Data Studio
