About the role
- Creates and drives digital marketing strategy for clients
- Proactively recommends strategies across paid, earned, and owned media
- Acts as main point of contact for clients, ensuring strong communication
- Collaborates with teams to execute strategies and deliver results
- Drafts scopes of work and presents business reviews to stakeholders
Requirements
- 3-to-5 years of experience in client-facing digital marketing roles
- Fluent in Google Ads, SEO, content strategy, and Google Analytics 4
- Strong technical proficiency with project management and CRM systems
- ServiceTitan, HubSpot, and/or Housecall Pro experience is a plus
- You ask the right questions, listen well, and think two steps ahead
- A spreadsheet doesn’t scare you
- You’re comfortable giving tough feedback with kindness and clarity
- Strong written and verbal communication
