Key responsibilities & impact

Build, maintain, and enhance financial models related to forecasting, budgeting, and scenario analysis
Perform deep financial analysis and proactively identify insights, trends, and solutions
Translate complex financial results into clear explanations for non-finance stakeholders
Support forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis across the business
Leverage AI tools and workflows to improve efficiency, analysis depth, and decision support
Create dashboards and visualizations using BI tools to support leadership decision-making
Ensure accuracy, structure, and clarity across all financial outputs

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience as a Finance Analyst, FP&A Analyst, or similar role
Background in a medium-sized or larger company (startup-only or purely transactional roles are not a fit)
Strong hands-on experience with:
Financial modeling
Forecasting and budgeting
Variance and performance analysis
Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills; comfortable building models from scratch
Experience using BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
Demonstrated experience using AI in finance or analysis workflows
Strong business communication skills — able to explain financial results to non-finance leaders
Comfortable working with senior leadership and high levels of visibility.
