About the role

  • Ship complete features: design data models, build APIs, implement UI, write tests, and deploy
  • Build AI-powered tools for cultural analysis, document processing, and content localization
  • Integrate with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini) and observability tools (Langfuse)
  • Help redesign our tools into a unified chat interface with tool-calling capabilities
  • Start shipping features from week 1

Requirements

  • 7+ years building production web applications that users actually depend on
  • You can architect and build complete systems from database to UI
  • Strong track record with React + TypeScript and Node.js/Express
  • Experience making technical decisions and owning the outcome
  • Nice to have Supabase or similar BaaS platforms
  • Vector databases / pgvector; semantic search implementations
  • LLM integrations and prompt engineering
  • Document processing pipelines (PDF, Google Docs, etc.)
