About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Coordinate trusted relationships with HR Strategy and Operations, Labor Relations, Centers for Excellence, leadership, and legal
- Provide consultation and guidance to management and team members on performance management and policy interpretation
- Conduct team member investigations and recommend appropriate actions
- Lead and support employee relations investigations, including interviews, data analysis, and detailed reports with recommended actions
- Coach leaders and managers on employee relations matters and compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Collaborate with HR leadership and Employee Relations Partners on complex cases, escalating concerns as needed
- Contribute to policy development and legal case management
- Monitor employee relations metrics, identify trends, streamline processes, and participate in projects to enhance employee relations strategies and training initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree
- Two years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including employee relations and/or employee investigations, or five years of management, supervision, or high-level project management experience in one or more HR functions
- Preferred PHR/SPHR or similarly recognized Human Resources certification
- Preferred two years of professional investigation experience involving workplace misconduct, employee relations, compliance, ethics, labor relations, human resources, law enforcement, regulatory, legal, or other fact-finding investigations
- Preferred bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related field
- Sedentary work capability, exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally

Comp & perks- Base pay range of $70,000.00 - $100,000.00
