Supports front end revenue cycle scorecard metrics
Develops an action plan for areas unable to follow best practices
Tracks and documents correlations in gaps of training and workflows
Collaborates with Corporate Compliance, Site Leadership and patient access leadership

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years’ experience with Care Connect or EMR, preferred
Associate’s Degree or equivalent preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3 years previous experience in office operations or Patient Access operations
