About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Independently plan, prioritize, manage, and execute the Corporate Compliance project portfolio.
- Define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout the project’s life cycle.
- Prepare and assist Director, Senior Director and/or Chief Compliance Officer in reporting to Rochester Regional Health management and the Audit and Compliance Committee.
- Collaborate with health care professionals to discuss findings and offer advice and education as to how to improve compliance.
- Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
- Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors.
- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.
- Conduct project post-mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5-10 years project management experience desired; preferably in healthcare.
- Strong analytical, computer, communication, and customer service skills
- Demonstrated project management experience effectively working with multiple, diverse stakeholders in a complex project environment
- Experience managing projects within an established standard project lifecycle framework
- Lean Sigma, PMP or CAMP preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or Healthcare Administration or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare Compliance required.
