• Act as a thought partner to Disease Area Communities (CODACs) and Portfolio Enabling Communities (COPECs) to diagnose business problems and recommend data-driven actions.
• Partner with Franchise Leads, Study Management, and the Late Stage Portfolio Committee (LSPC) to align analytical output with business priorities.
• Openly share perspectives to elevate team thinking, effectively weighing trade-offs and communicating the "why" behind strategic decisions.
• Increase the sophistication of our analytical methods, utilizing machine learning and scalable prototypes to measure study performance at the speed of business.
• Create and manage time-series and patient-based forecasts, incorporating trial design elements, competitor activity, and country/site selection impacts.
• Apply statistical methods to multiple data sources (primary and secondary) to answer complex business questions and optimize the value of clinical investments.
• Manage the lifecycle of analytical solutions from ideation through implementation.
• Stay current with emergent methodologies and tools to ensure our approach remains "fit-for-purpose" and impactful.

• Apply knowledge of design principles in the implementation of complex software systems.
• Participate in reviews for components or features, development, and testing of the core software stack.
• Ensure software stack integrates with CI pipeline and contribute to continuous improvement.
