Key responsibilities & impact
  • Accountable for setting the direction for a product and ensuring that it achieves defined outcomes and financial objectives
  • Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, guide its development, and manage its growth and eventual decline based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals
  • Actively collect, understand, and prioritize the needs of internal users
  • Define success metrics, analyze user behavior, and identify opportunities for optimization to achieve business goals
  • Attract, hire, and onboard skilled employees to build a high-performing and collaborative team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or similar role
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
  • 1+ years of experience in a leadership role managing multidisciplinary technical teams
  • Strong understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle
  • Familiarity with GxP, FAIR data principles, and data privacy regulations (GDPR)
  • Understanding of modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms)
  • Familiarity with data science and AI/ML concepts
