About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the delivery of Discovery & Delivery Areas in pRED
- Drive productivity, efficiency, and innovation in clinical operations

Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree or equivalent experience (preferred focus in life sciences)
- 15+ years of pharmaceutical clinical operations experience
- At least 10 years in global clinical operations strategy leadership
- Strong knowledge in early clinical development
- Comprehensive understanding of CO trends and competitive landscape
- Experience managing a large matrixed organization and group of direct reports
- Fluent communication skills and leadership in diverse environments
- Willingness to travel internationally based on business needs
