Requirements

- 10+ years in global clinical operations strategy leadership
- Strong knowledge of global Pharma early clinical development
- Experienced in managing a large matrixed organisation
- Proficient in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, communications, and mentoring
- Willingness to travel internationally based on specific business needs
