About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the evaluation, acquisition, and ongoing management of a broad range of U.S. healthcare datasets
  • Collaborate closely with U.S. stakeholders to understand business needs and clarify use cases
  • Evaluate new and existing datasets and vendors based on business relevance and quality
  • Partner with external data vendors to understand source methodologies and resolve data-related queries
  • Apply structured thinking to perform data profiling and risk assessment
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation to support decision-making around data investments

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in pharma, healthcare analytics, life sciences consulting, market research, or commercial analytics
  • Strong foundation in biology, life sciences, and the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving skills
  • Must be comfortable working collaboratively across time zones with U.S.-based teams and external vendors
  • Familiarity with SQL for basic data extraction, validation, and investigation
  • Exposure to data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Amazon QuickSight, or similar platforms
  • Basic understanding of data quality concepts
