About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the end-to-end product vision, translating field-user needs and business priorities into a strategic digital roadmap.
  • Architect scalable global use cases and identify automation opportunities.
  • Shape the information architecture in collaboration with IT and subject matter experts.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept to deployment, ensuring on-time delivery while managing cross-program dependencies and risks.
  • Guide, mentor, and align multiple agile squads toward successful delivery.
  • Partner with senior business leaders to align product strategies with corporate goals, and collaborate with IT/Architecture teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree in STEM or Economics / Business Administration, or equivalent experience
  • 5-10 years work experience in a high-tech, engineering, or service-oriented business
  • Understanding of global field operations and service workflows
  • Confident understanding of LLMs and surrounding tech stack (e.g. RAG architectures, prompt engineering, vector databases)
  • Expert at architecting scalable global workflows and driving digital automation
  • Proven experience leading and aligning multiple cross-functional agile squads.
  • Strong ability to bridge the gap between senior business executives and IT/Architecture teams.
