Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record operating in a Delivery Management archetype (such as Project Manager, Service Manager, Scrum Master, RTE, or Agile Coach) managing medium to large initiatives, service transitions, or product increments.
Strong background in translating complex business requirements into strategic implementation plans, combined with experience contributing to business planning and forecasting.
High proficiency in selecting, adapting, and applying advanced delivery methodologies and specialized tools to track cross-team dependencies.
Advanced capability to lead root cause analysis, design innovative validation models, and turn technical debts into comprehensive optimization opportunities.
Exceptional communication and workshop facilitation skills, paired with a coaching and mentoring mindset to build strong chapter team spirit.
