About the role
- Lead and oversee clinical trial execution across multiple countries in the APAC region
- Oversee trial execution ensuring on-time, high-quality, and efficient study delivery
- Proactively identify and remove barriers to enable faster study delivery
- Represent the needs of country teams in global forums
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics for trial optimization
- Collaborate with functional heads, senior leaders, and external stakeholders to achieve objectives
Requirements
- Significant and broad experience in clinical research
- Proven track record of leading (multi-)country clinical teams
- Strong people leadership, coaching, and development skills
- Experience in using performance metrics and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and cross-cultural capabilities
- An advanced degree in a related field (PhD, MD, PharmD, or MSc preferred)
