About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design business-driven solutions in the clinical trial and real world data acquisition domain
Jointly develop the IT Product roadmap with engineering teams
Ensure compliance with Roche enterprise standards
Resolve technical challenges during system development
Explore and pilot emerging technologies
Mitigate security and compliance risks
Propose and lead proof of concepts (PoC) with the Tech team
Collaborate with architects and stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of work experience as a Solution Architect or Technical Lead
At least 4 years in the Life Sciences or Pharma Industry
Knowledge of Pharma Regulations (GxP, Computer Validation)
Experience designing business-driven, standards-based solutions
Proven track record of contributing to architecture practices
Experience in Clinical Trial Data Systems, such as Electronic Data Capture (EDC)
Experience with ETLs/ELTs, data warehouses, enterprise data integration patterns
Proficiency in Conceptual & Logical Data Models, Taxonomies, Ontologies
Advanced capability to drive external technology trends
Fluent in English
