About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Holding end-to-end accountability for the operational health, infrastructure lifecycle, and business continuity of our critical global Quote Management ecosystem.
Leading and governing our outsourced managed services partner, defining strategic operational KPIs, maintaining strict SLA compliance, and providing crucial business-domain mentorship to external team members.
Driving deep cross-functional coordination across integration platforms (including SAP, Salesforce, and MuleSoft) and enterprise infrastructure teams, acting as a strategic liaison to break down technical silos.
Managing long-term infrastructure planning, overseeing capacity management and budgeting, while actively identifying opportunities to implement innovative AI and automation solutions.
Fostering an ecosystem of extreme accountability and proactiveness, mentoring internal technical talent, and championing a "fix once" approach to eliminate recurring operational risks.

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in IT operations, infrastructure, or business analysis with proven end-to-end support ownership; including 3+ years in the MedTech or Healthcare Life Sciences sector.
Proven track record of managing and driving accountability with outsourced/managed services delivery partners.
Strong, demonstrable understanding of the Quote-to-Contract (Q2C), CPQ, and Commercial business domains.
Active ITIL, Agile (Scrum, SAFe)
