About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • driving sales, Doctor Promotion, retail promotion, managing distribution networks, and executing sales promotion plans for your territory
  • ensure product penetration in the assigned market effectively by supporting distributors, gathering market insights, and partnering with Area Sales Manager (ASM)
  • promote pharmaceutical products to Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) through scientific communication and ethical marketing to increase product awareness and prescriptions
  • assist ASM in planning for the territory by providing market environment insights and monitoring stock availability of promotional materials
  • prepare and execute monthly sales promotion plans including field activation and merchandising activities
  • manage distribution network by monitoring distributor performance and proposing new distributors

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • proven practical experience in field sales, distribution management, or a territory management role
  • strong interest in driving market growth, with a focus on relationship building, demand generation, and executing marketing strategies
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • comfortable with field travel within the Madurai territory
