About the role
- Provide expert compliance advice and ensure adherence to global and local regulations during external engagements
- Drive and facilitate end-to-end Compliance Process Oversight, Improvement, Monitoring and Execution
- Manage HCP/HCO and patient engagement processes including FMV calculations, ToV transfers, purchase order creation, invoice reconciliation, and reporting of Actual Spend
- Collaborate with Diagnostics compliance offices to determine FMV, hospitality restrictions, and secure necessary approvals
- Draft, review, finalize contracts; resolve discrepancies and align stakeholders
- Maintain secure storage of executed agreements and ensure timely, high-quality execution
- Provide customer service and guidance on compliance-related questions and track engagement processes
- Partner with Compliance and Procurement to enhance workflows and address deviations/CAPAs
- Support documentation preparation for inspections and audits
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Relations, Contract Management, Procurement, Finance, or related fields
- Extensive experience engaging with HCPs/HCOs and patient communities
- Knowledge of Pharma collaboration types
- Proficient in contract drafting and contract management
- Healthcare compliance and external reporting expertise
- Strong project and process management skills
- Experience with iHCP, MyBuy, SAP, and MDMS
- Experience with FMV calculations, purchase order creation, and invoice reconciliation
- Stakeholder management, negotiation and networking skills
- Agile methodology proficiency
- High ethical standards and cultural awareness
