Key responsibilities & impact

Catalyze and orchestrate the development and review of strategies in collaboration with enterprise experts
Provide perspective on portfolio health and prioritize GPS resourcing
Integrate industry context and trends to identify implications to Roche
Identify topics that require strategic decisions from senior Pharma Division leadership
Provide strategic context during the development of annual business planning exercise
Lead strategic initiatives that emerge as key priorities for the Pharma Division
Leverage development and collaboration opportunities across Roche Pharma enterprise

Requirements

What you’ll need

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of working experience with a clear understanding of business strategy and the Pharma industry
Experience in consumer health; familiarity with Roche’s portfolio and strategy is a plus
Proven experience interacting with and developing highly effective presentation materials for Senior Management is a plus
Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams
Strong influencing and communication skills to transfer complex analysis and ideas into clear communication.
