About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Focus on understanding and addressing the needs of healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, patients/caregivers, and patient advocacy groups
- Improve patient outcomes, lower costs, and enhance the quality of care
- Serve as the primary point of contact and identify opportunities for implementing ecosystem and TA squad strategies
- Deliver education to healthcare providers on product information, appropriate use, dosing and administration
- Collaborate with specialty pharmacies
- Provide patients/caregivers and patient advocacy group members with resources and information to empower discussions with healthcare providers
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business, Scientific or Clinical degree, Bachelor’s degree level at minimum
- Previous cross-functional industry experience in commercial life sciences (pharma or biotechnology)
- 6 or more years of experience working in a sales role with HCPs
- Demonstrated expertise in coaching, training, and mentoring others
- Strong ability to proactively seek and apply relevant information to solve complex problems
- Understanding of applicable laws, codes, and company policies in the healthcare industry.
- Previous 4-6 years of account management skills or patient education industry experience
- Hemophilia experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Advocacy groups
- Previous patient-facing commercial/clinical experience in the same therapeutic area
