About the role

  • Act as link between global and local Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT and Business Process Management for Aspire work streams
  • Translate detailed business requirements to IT and manage changes to specifications
  • Define and implement global template solutions including documentation, SOPs, and implementation
  • Manage test activities and business process operations, including integrated training for Supply Chain Finance
  • Lead End-to-End Business Process Management strategy and define global cross-divisional process designs
  • Serve as empowered decision-maker for process area across divisions within BPM guardrails
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Procurement, IT and BPM to achieve E2E harmonization
  • Design and implement lean cross-divisional processes maximizing standardization and harmonization
  • Support and safeguard the Global ASPIRE Template and deployment activities, ensuring business acceptance
  • Execute independently to drive key tasks in the Supply Chain Finance stream

Requirements

  • Master’s degree (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Supply Chain Finance, management accounting, and product costing
  • Demonstrated ability to lead major global transformational projects and cross-divisional implementations
  • Strong knowledge of SAP FI/CO, MM, PP, and MES systems
  • Experience driving SAP Supply Chain Finance process transformation and End-to-End process standardization
  • Expertise in Project Management and Business Process Management
  • Experience with agile, Lean, and rapid development methodologies
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to work in complex global networks
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English
