About the role
- Lead design, architecture, and implementation of complex, enterprise-scale digital health applications
- Design, implementation and maintenance of high-quality software that performs at scale
- Introduce new ideas that improve our development practices
- Share knowledge within frontend community and mentor junior engineers
- Drive architectural decisions
- Deliver solutions to serve patients and healthcare practitioners across a broad portfolio of therapeutic areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work model (on average two days per week in office)
Requirements
- Proficiency in React (Angular is a plus)
- Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript
- Experience with Modern Front-End Tooling and AI support for software development
- Ability to build Responsive and Accessible Web applications
- Understanding of Backend API concepts
- Knowledge of Cloud platforms (preferably AWS)
- Care about code quality
- Ability to lead design, architecture, and implementation of solutions
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and sharing knowledge
- Drive architectural decisions
