About the role

  • Provide immediate short-term strategic guidance to leaders on succession and talent management, performance management, goal setting, development planning, reward & compensation management and organizational set-up.
  • Leverage the P&C community and subject-matter experts to develop high quality solutions in a timely manner.
  • Use business and P&C insights, metrics and decision principles to deliver support on complex topics.
  • Participate in global/regional squads for deployment of key P&C initiatives and new system launches.
  • Consult, advise and train both business leaders and P&C leaders on systems and processes; deliver coaching during process or project roll-outs (e.g., global grading).
  • Ensure alignment and execution of policies, procedures and global P&C initiatives and compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Own incoming requests, prioritize and implement solutions; partner with PSS, People Relations and Networked/Dedicated BPs to create value.
  • Gather and analyze P&C and business metrics (turnover, talent review, onboarding/offboarding) to recommend innovative solutions.

  • Passionate and knowledgeable P&C professional able to work in a fast paced global and virtual environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate the P&C system, leverage different Chapters and participate in flexible squads.
  • Customer-centricity: anticipate needs and show cultural awareness and business understanding.
  • End-to-end ownership engaging with leaders to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Strong communication, coaching and influencing skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to diagnose short-term P&C needs and offer fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and ability to cope with time pressure in demanding situations.
  • Ability to influence with courageous authenticity and build trust with individuals at all levels.
  • Excellent situational assessment and objective evaluation skills; translate complex topics into manageable pieces.
  • Ability to leverage data, technology and insights to find root causes and inform compliant solutions.
  • Proficient in formal writing and speaking both in English and Bahasa Indonesian.
