Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure smooth financial and operational execution of clinical studies
Act as key collaborator across multiple departments (Clinical Operations, Medical Affairs, etc.)
Manage lifecycle of supplier contracts and payments
Drive financial accuracy by creating and tracking purchase orders, invoices, and accruals
Maintain and update contract information within tracking tools
Take end-to-end responsibility for the contract signature process
Prepare and submit reports regarding transfers of value to healthcare providers
Cultivate collaborative relationships with leaders and suppliers

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent relevant expertise in healthcare industry)
3-5+ years of professional experience, specifically in purchase order (PO) creation and invoice management
Experience with negotiating budgets with clinical sites is a plus
Proven experience tracking financial data such as accruals and payments within complex business environments
Ability to work independently while effectively partnering across functions like Legal, Procurement, and Clinical Operations
Flexibility and adaptability to perform in fast-paced, matrixed environment
