About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Take full ownership of the product backlog for assigned PTD systems.
  • Serve as the accountable System Owner for assigned applications, ensuring that systems remain fit-for-purpose.
  • Operate with a solid understanding of GMP-regulated environments, ensuring product decisions meet quality standards.
  • Own the testing accountability for assigned systems, coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT), regression testing, and defect resolution.
  • Act as the dedicated product owner for key scientific informatics platforms within the PTD portfolio.
  • Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with PTD scientists, TechOps leadership, RDT product teams, and MSP vendors.
  • Contribute to the multi-year digital roadmap for PTD systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner, System Owner, or Product Manager in a pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated industry context.
  • A University degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in Life Sciences, Information Technology, Bioengineering, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated understanding of GMP/GxP-regulated systems and Computer System Validation (CSV) principles.
  • Hands-on experience managing product backlogs, writing user stories, and facilitating Agile ceremonies (Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent).
  • Experience with scientific or laboratory informatics platforms and similar tools is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex business and scientific requirements into actionable technical specifications.
  • Full professional fluency in English.
