Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, and maintain scalable and reliable ML infrastructure
Collaborate closely with ML engineers and data scientists to understand and address their infrastructure needs.
Document infrastructure designs, processes, and operational procedures.
Proactively identify and solve complex, often cross-functional, technical problems within the ML infrastructure domain.
Mentor junior engineers and drive technical alignment and influence across teams.

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/MS with 2-3 years of industry experience required for Machine Learning Engineer
Proven experience designing, deploying, and managing infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, etc.).
Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python) and compiled languages (e.g., C++, Go, Rust).
Strong experience with Git and repository management.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude, with the ability to anticipate needs and drive projects to completion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence technical decisions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving requirements while adhering to corporate guidelines.
BS/MS with 3-5 years of industry experience required for Senior Machine Learning Engineer
Demonstrated ability to lead technical projects from conception to completion and deliver high-quality, scalable, and reliable software.
Ability to mentor junior engineers and drive technical alignment and influence across teams.
