About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Collaborate with a team to deliver analytics projects
Address key business needs of Roche and its affiliates
Process small and large-scale secondary healthcare datasets
Perform complex analyses to derive meaningful insights
Build statistical models using state-of-the-art analytics tools
Generate qualitative and quantitative reports to communicate key takeaways
Present findings from analyses to stakeholders
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the healthcare marketplace
Take complete ownership of work with minimal guidance
Prioritize competing stakeholder requests

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of overall experience in the analytics or consulting space
Preferably within the Pharma, Biotech, or Healthcare domain
Proficient in statistical data analysis tools
Knowledge of SQL and Advanced Excel (Pivot, Macros, and VBA) is a must
Python and SAS are highly advantageous
Strong presentation skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly motivated and learning-oriented individual
Bonus: Experience in Big Data Analysis with Hadoop, Hive, or Spark is a strong plus
