About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and develop long-term relationships with physicians and other customers
- Represent assigned GNE brand(s) and their approved indications
- Provide education on product information and appropriate use
- Support healthcare provider offices with access and reimbursement support
- Serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare providers, specialty pharmacies, and patients/caregivers
- Communicate patient-specific access issues to territory partners
- Collaborate with Partnership and Access Liaison to develop local geography business plans
- Engage with specialty pharmacies and lead initiatives across therapeutic areas
Requirements
What you’ll need- Business, Scientific or Clinical degree
- Bachelor’s degree level at minimum
- 6 or more years’ experience working in a sales role with HCPs
- Deep understanding of healthcare practitioners' clinical and business goals and challenges
- Proven track record of solving unusually complex problems
- Reimbursement experience is strongly preferred
- Neuroscience, rare disease and/or orphan experience preferred
- Experience working with Advocacy Groups
- Achieving specific brand performance plans or other financial targets
