Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Design Control Excellence US Subchapter
Ensure the delivery of process support activities in alignment with stakeholders
Organize work packages within assigned timelines, budgets, and resources
Manage working relationships with R&D Networks and other functions like Quality and Regulatory
Drive efforts to gain efficiency within development projects
Identify, communicate, manage, and escalate project issues and risks
Design and optimize team members’ personal professional journeys
Hire and train new staff
Lead process enhancement activities
Play a key role in creating and implementing key aspects of DCE’s strategy

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in natural or engineering sciences or a similar discipline
At least 8 years of industry experience
3–5 years of experience in a diagnostics development environment
Proven track record of successful line management experience
Deep experience in Diagnostics product development activities
Thorough understanding of Quality Management Systems
Broad knowledge of R&D and related processes
Pragmatic and solution-oriented mindset
Ability to strategically navigate a changing organization
Respect for differences of opinion and open communication skills.
