Requirements

Advanced degree (Master/PhD) in a Science or Technology discipline; PhD preferred.
10+ years in Product Management or Business Analysis, with at least 4 years in Pharma/Biotech Biometrics domain and 4+ years in a leadership role managing interdisciplinary teams.
Deep understanding of the drug development lifecycle, GxP compliance, FAIR data principles, and data privacy (GDPR).
Fluency in modern software architecture (APIs, Cloud, Microservices) and a solid grasp of Data Science and AI/ML concepts.
Exceptional ability to influence senior leadership and align diverse groups (scientists, engineers, and executives) toward a unified goal.
Experience leading technical teams (engineers and product managers).
