- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Clinical Scientists and Medical Writers
- Strategically oversee clinical and regulatory excellence across the Oncology Early Development portfolio
- Drive innovative trial design and data interpretation in partnership with Medical and Biomarker leadership
- Proactively identify and implement new/best practices and work cross-functionally within Roche
Requirements
- You hold a PhD and/or PharmD/MD
- Minimum of 8 years experience in clinical research in the industry
- Experience leading a team
- Very good understanding of oncology drug development
