About the role

  • As a Senior Data Analyst, you will leverage your specialized expertise to develop innovative solutions for complex challenges in our DOB manufacturing environment
  • Work independently while contributing to and aligning with the GO Digital 2.0 analytics platform strategy
  • Act as a best-practices resource, leading cross-functional project teams to solve high-impact problems
  • Focus on developing and implementing production-relevant, end-to-end data analytics solutions for continuous glucose monitoring (CGM) production
  • Perform complex analyses and manage effective process data monitoring to prevent incidents or quality deviations
  • Apply analytical thinking and professional judgment to evaluate, select, and implement new methods for predicting system performance
  • Develop and recommend new approaches to solve complex product performance issues
  • Coordinate task distribution and provide expert guidance to the team
  • Proactively identify sources of performance variation through experimentation
  • Support the Leadership Team by providing and analyzing technical reports related to departmental processes

Requirements

  • A masters degree in engineering, computer science, business administration, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in the relevant production processes and analytics field
  • Deep understanding of IT/OT systems, digital solutions, analytics models, and business system landscapes within manufacturing, QC, planning, and its reporting frameworks
  • Excellent knowledge of Data Analytics, Data Mesh Methodology and its Systems (e.g. Snowflake, BI Tools, Tableau)
  • Strong decision-making ability, strategic thinking, and capability to manage budgets, resources, and operational processes effectively
  • Fluency in both German and English is beneficial
