About the role
- Accountable for the entire product lifecycle of a complex product
- Set the direction for complex products to achieve business and financial objectives
- Monitor market and technology trends to inform your strategy
- Proactively integrate AI capabilities into the roadmap
- Define KPIs to measure performance
- Establish an aspirational vision for the end-to-end user experience
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for products within a portfolio
- Orchestrate a broad ecosystem of internal teams, external SaaS vendors, and academic partners
- Lead initiatives to improve product management processes and tools
- Develop multi-year financial forecasts and strategic plans in collaboration with operations leads
Requirements
- Extensive, advanced experience in product management, business analysis, or a similar role
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products
- Substantial background in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry
- Demonstrated leadership experience managing, mentoring, and developing multidisciplinary technical teams
- Strong understanding of the product discovery and development lifecycle
- Familiar with modern software architecture (e.g., microservices, APIs, cloud platforms), data science, and AI/ML concepts
- Highly familiar with regulatory and compliance standards (e.g., GxP, FAIR data principles, GDPR)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with ability to translate high-level business and scientific goals into a concrete product vision
