About the role

  • Ensure the integrity, upkeep, and compliance of Quality Assurance systems.
  • Integrate risk management, data integrity control, and internal audit planning.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory procedures in quality control laboratories and storage.
  • Manage the full lifecycle of change control, deviations, corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs), and validations of analytical methodologies.
  • Conduct local quality investigations (issues) in partnership with global subject matter experts.
  • Manage team performance and implement continuous training programs.
  • Foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop continuous improvement initiatives to reduce operational complexity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy.
  • Strong experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with proficiency in Quality Assurance (QA) management systems.
  • Experience with operating licenses, clinical trial storage, and market release processes.
  • Expertise in managing deviations, audits, CAPAs, data integrity, and monitoring quality indicators (KPIs).
  • Advanced English for regular interaction with global teams.
  • Experience leading technical teams.
  • Ability to transition from centralized models to a facilitative management style focused on development, autonomy, and employee engagement.
