About the role
- Serve as proactive financial thought partner to GAP program leads
- Co-create the GAP pricing strategy
- Drive the finance agenda & coordinate financial aspects
- Coach local teams on GAP implementation
- Develop efficient processes for planning and reporting
- Lead planning & budgeting events for GAP
- Perform business partnering for NPC
- Provide financial insights and reporting
- Contribute to Africa LT meetings
- Design performance measurement concepts
- Participate in projects for the Africa Network
Requirements
- Degree in economics or finance
- 5+ years of experience in local, regional or global commercial finance roles
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Knowledge of local healthcare system
- Strong analytical skills
- Negotiation skills
- Ability to work in a networked environment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Willingness to travel up to 10% to and within Africa
