About the role

  • Collaborate with senior management to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Integrate Operational Excellence (OE) with Digital & Analytics Technologies to create a joint roadmap
  • Educate and influence senior leaders on using OE/Lean and digital measures to drive outcomes
  • Support key decision-making, take accountability for improvement plan execution and outcomes
  • Lead complex improvement initiatives combining OE and Digital methodologies
  • Monitor performance, promote Lean practices, and identify and address potential roadblocks
  • Guide senior and function managers on Lean Leadership
  • Build skills and mindsets across the network
  • Facilitate a unified digital community
  • Engage PTT Leaders to uncover needs and remove barriers
  • Align with other PT OE Partners for cohesive solutions
  • Communicate clearly, foster collaboration, and bring high energy and ownership

Requirements

  • M.Sc., or Bachelor’s in a relevant field preferred; Engineering, Manufacturing Science, Biology, Chemistry etc.
  • MBA a plus
  • At least 5 years of Operational Excellence / Lean experience
  • Strong systemic and analytical thinking
  • Experience in biotech or pharma is a must
  • Background in Biologics manufacturing is ideal
  • Deep MSAT/Engineering understanding
  • Ability to influence and drive sustainable change across complex stakeholder groups
  • Leadership strength in both vision and execution, especially in behavioral transformation
  • Growth mindset, digital fluency, and comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
