About the role

  • Provide leadership for transformation activities necessary for our progressive organizational evolution
  • Work with multiple teams to continuously evolve the ways of working to ensure realization of business and customer value
  • Help teams to be high performing
  • Responsible for guiding partners through the agile culture shift
  • Facilitate change in mindset and behaviors via a range of tools and practices
  • Train teams on the agile methodologies and oversee the development of agile teams to ensure effective outcomes for the enterprise
  • Serve as a neutral and objective entity to help navigate roadblocks in the adoption process.

Requirements

  • Growth mindset with a OneRoche, entrepreneurial/start-up mentality; eager to develop (all levels encouraged to apply)
  • Deep understanding of agile ways of working and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe); familiarity with principles, methodologies, and tools preferred; brings a “how others do it” perspective
  • Strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills; guides teams and individuals to solutions; adept at workshops/meetings (design sprints, retros); engaging presenter with excellent active listening and communication
  • Proven ability to improve team performance by observing and resolving bottlenecks and gaps; challenges the status quo; delivers difficult feedback appropriately; handles conflicts resourcefully
  • Skilled at influencing and engaging toward common goals by working collaboratively and through others; successful in complex, multicultural, highly matrixed environments
  • Strong project management capability to drive multiple initiatives simultaneously, organizing resources and setting clear priorities
  • Proactive facilitator and coach with a consistent focus on outcomes, continuous improvement, and enabling high-performance ways of working.
