About the role
- Responsible for promoting molecular diagnostic testing
- Contact new and existing customers to meet and exceed sales objectives
- Develop new business and grow existing business
- Maintain customer relationships and troubleshoot customer problems
- Identify and develop strategic account plans
- Generate demand and maximize product awareness
- Implement strategic initiatives and plans
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years relevant sales or equivalent experience
- Experience in diagnostics sales is strongly preferred
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities
- Negotiation, contracting and problem solving skills
- Ability to work in a regulated environment
- Strategic planning and organizational skills
