About the role
- Serve as the Primary Point of Contact (PPOC) for the unified Access team.
- Lead the development and implementation of holistic access strategies.
- Assemble, synthesize, and distill access insights into a compelling Disease Area (DA) Access strategic brief.
- Ensure the commercialization strategy embeds access insights and deliverables.
- Co-create access materials that incorporate diverse stakeholder perspectives.
- Develop access assessments to inform investment decisions and asset strategies.
Requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree (life sciences, health economics, marketing, or medical), MBA, or other relevant Graduate or Postgraduate Degrees is required.
- Significant pharmaceutical customer-facing experience, preferably in both global and country-level positions.
- 8+ years of access experience in the pharmaceutical or related industry.
- Ability to work in a matrix organization and lead diverse teams.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of the drug development and commercialization process.
- Deep knowledge of the Access landscape (e.g., US, China, EU4, UK, Canada).
