About the role
- Sales Data Management & Reporting Dashboard Development: Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards to visualize KPIs and key metrics, enabling stakeholders to make fast, data-driven decisions.
- Sales Data Management: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of in-market sales data, serving as the single source of truth for the commercial team.
- Insight Generation: Analyze sales trends, market dynamics, and customer segments to provide strategic recommendations for business growth.
- Sales Excellence Management Performance Tracking: Support sales leadership in setting targets for sales offices, distributors, and representatives and monitor actuals against forecasts.
- Incentive Scheme Management: Design and implement Sales Force Incentive Schemes and evaluate performance for accurate and timely incentive payouts.
- CRM & SFE Optimization: Enhance the usage of CRM systems to capture business opportunities effectively and improve sales force effectiveness.
- Instrument Life Cycle Management Deal Profitability Analysis Manage the end-to-end instrument placement process, ensuring operational efficiency and financial soundness.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Solid background in sales/commercial operations, including sales analysis, incentive management, or Sales force effectiveness.
- Experience in healthcare market analysis or data-driven decision support is highly referred
- Strong expertise in reporting/BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.) is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity software.
- Experience with the SAP SD module is a plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English.
