  • Support a large program for the Pharma Division
  • Deliver a holistic customer experience for enhanced patient outcomes
  • Coordinate and connect various implementation squads
  • Deliver projects or programs using agile or traditional project management methodologies
  • Lead global project teams, defining roles, responsibilities, and resource assignments
  • Manage stakeholders by establishing strong relationships
  • Maintain accurate project plans, risk and issue logs
  • Track project financials, seek governance approvals
  • Contribute to capability building by advancing project management expertise

Requirements

  • University degree
  • Over 10 years of experience in project/program management
  • Deep understanding of large-scale program management and technology deployment lifecycles
  • Extensive expertise in leading global, complex projects
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and develop individuals and teams
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies including waterfall, SCRUM, SAFe
  • Excellent stakeholder and influencing skills for building trust, creating transparency
  • Demonstrated proficiency in communication, negotiation, and global collaboration
