About the role
- Lead strategic engagement with key hospitals, becoming their main point of contact and trusted partner.
- Translate insights, data, and customer interactions into clear actions that address unmet needs.
- Develop account plans, segment stakeholders, and build targeted engagement strategies that deliver long-term value.
- Collaborate with pharmacists, nurses, hospital leaders, and internal experts to support education, capability building, and ecosystem projects.
- Support access initiatives such as formulary listing, reimbursement discussions, patient support programs, and diagnostic partnerships.
- Coordinate stock forecasting, supply planning, and operational follow-ups to ensure product availability and smooth hospital operations.
- Monitor competitive activities and identify opportunities to improve patient pathways within the ecosystem.
Requirements
- Experience in healthcare account management, commercial roles, or partnerships with hospitals or healthcare institutions.
- Strong analytical thinking and the ability to translate insights into strategic actions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Adaptability, curiosity, and entrepreneurial thinking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, Life Sciences, or other relevant fields.
