About the role
- Serve as the dedicated site-level SPoC for engaging with data product teams
- Ensure that the data requirements of various data products and use cases are satisfied by the data sources
- Ensure the preparedness of data at the source, guaranteeing data accuracy, completeness, and availability for data products
- Work alongside data product teams, Data Domain Leads, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth data flow
- Maintain an overarching perspective on the site’s data landscape
- Advocate for best practices in data management and quality within the site
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Informatics, Engineering, or a related field
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience would be preferred
- 7+ years of industry experience in a data-centric role
- Proven knowledge of standard concepts and experience in data mesh, data warehousing, and procedures related to delivery of data
- Familiarity with data governance principles and data integration technologies
- Strong knowledge of data management practices, especially within the context of Pharma Tech Ops or similar industries
- Domain-based expertise in areas like Manufacturing, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
