About the role
- Develop and execute the strategic CRO partnership strategy to support Clinical Operations.
- Drive the sourcing strategy to accelerate clinical development.
- Lead the Enterprise/TA aligned partnership with Partner/Vendor Alliance executive leadership.
- Deliver measurable business impact and ROI through strategic CRO partnerships.
- Develop financial oversight mechanisms with Procurement to optimize spend and drive cost efficiencies.
- Lead health checks/governance meetings with partners including managing Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Key Quality Indicators (KQI).
Requirements
- Significant experience in strategic partnership management in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of building and developing high performing teams and strong delivery on project goals.
- Demonstrated mastery in managing highly complex global relationships at strategic and executive levels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with experience in managing complex partnerships.
- Exceptional decision-making skills, weighing short- and long-term impacts that significantly affect the business.
