About the role
- Take full responsibility for the end-to-end operational performance of two major Roche sites.
- Lead and execute long-term plans to strengthen organizational effectiveness.
- Oversee critical operational areas including Asset Operations & Reliability, Facility & Real Estate Management.
- Develop and implement operational strategies that enhance competitiveness.
- Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Roche standards.
- Engage with leaders across Roche’s global site network to align strategies.
- Lead high-performing teams, providing coaching and development opportunities.
- Define operational priorities and benchmarks, aligning KPIs with enterprise goals.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 years of senior leadership experience in Manufacturing Operations, Engineering, or related fields within or outside the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the healthcare market, including biotech/diagnostics, is desired.
- Key Competencies: Strategic Vision, Leadership Excellence, Financial Acumen, Analytical Thinking, Effective Communication.
- Fluency in both German and English.
