About the role

  • You will be part of the PR&R (People Reward & Recognition) chapter within People & Culture
  • Work closely with your Reward Partner colleagues and report to the Benefits Squad Lead
  • Contribute strategic expertise in benefits and recognition as defined by the People Reward and Recognition Chapter Enabling Team
  • Program design, implementation, vendor management and training
  • Act as an expert on employee benefits and recognition programs and policies
  • Develop innovative solutions and evaluate program effectiveness
  • Advise business and People & Culture leaders
  • Lead cross-functional P&C (People & Culture) projects and/or participate regularly in global P&C projects

Requirements

  • Completed university degree (Master’s preferred)
  • 8–10 years of professional experience in a relevant field
  • Solid technical knowledge and practical experience in occupational pension schemes and time-value accounts
  • Ideally additional qualification as an actuary
  • Business-fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience managing benefits in a large organization, ideally in the context of collective agreements in the chemical sector or in pension consulting
  • Confident use of analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio, Gemini) in daily work
