About the role
- You will be part of the PR&R (People Reward & Recognition) chapter within People & Culture
- Work closely with your Reward Partner colleagues and report to the Benefits Squad Lead
- Contribute strategic expertise in benefits and recognition as defined by the People Reward and Recognition Chapter Enabling Team
- Program design, implementation, vendor management and training
- Act as an expert on employee benefits and recognition programs and policies
- Develop innovative solutions and evaluate program effectiveness
- Advise business and People & Culture leaders
- Lead cross-functional P&C (People & Culture) projects and/or participate regularly in global P&C projects
Requirements
- Completed university degree (Master’s preferred)
- 8–10 years of professional experience in a relevant field
- Solid technical knowledge and practical experience in occupational pension schemes and time-value accounts
- Ideally additional qualification as an actuary
- Business-fluent English
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience managing benefits in a large organization, ideally in the context of collective agreements in the chemical sector or in pension consulting
- Confident use of analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Data Studio, Gemini) in daily work
