About the role
- Support in planning and installation of laboratory systems
- Training on immunology cobas® systems
- Exposure to analysis and resolution of technical issues
- Assistance with troubleshooting and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Organizing and independently managing defined task packages
- Customer support and training on the use of online platforms
Requirements
- You are in a gap year or studying in an engineering field (Medical Technology, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Bioengineering)
- Some experience in electronics, mechanics, hydraulics, IT interfaces, and measurement technology is a plus
- Interest in IT topics (e.g., network technology, firewalls)
- Valid driver's license (Class B)
- Excellent, business-fluent German language skills are required
