About the role

  • Drive the architectural design, technical roadmap, and adoption of GenAI and AI initiatives within the enterprise content supply chain
  • Design and Architect AI-powered analytics solutions to gain insights from content performance, and define/enforce best practices
  • Offer expert technical guidance and mentorship to cross-functional teams (data scientists, ML engineers, software developers)
  • Lead the successful operationalization of AI/ML solutions from concept to production
  • Stay current with advancements in GenAI and AI, developing prompt engineering strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering)
  • 10+ years of experience as a Solution Architect or in a similar senior technical leadership role, focusing on large-scale, data-driven AI/ML solutions
  • Deep expertise with major cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and their respective AI/ML services
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with Data Science principles, methodologies, and algorithms (e.g., statistical modeling, machine learning, deep learning)
  • Strong proficiency in various software architecture patterns and best practices (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture, cloud-native, API design)
  • Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in Machine Learning Engineering (MLE), including model development, deployment, scaling, MLOps, and monitoring in production
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing Generative AI (GenAI) solutions for content creation, generation, and optimization
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse teams
